Bartender crafted old fashioned now available in local stores
INDIANAPOLIS – Patrons can now experience another taste of St. Elmo Steak House at home with the recently launched ready-to-drink bottles of “Pops Old Fashioned.” The 100 proof old fashioned is a classic blend of bourbon whiskey, crisp orange and aromatic bitters. Pour straight up or over ice and enjoy.
The original recipe was created by Candace Anastasio, one of the restaurant’s tenured bartenders, and introduced to St. Elmo’s signature tiger-oak bar in 2010. Pop’s Old Fashioned quickly gained popularity and has kept its spot on the signature cocktail list at all Huse Culinary restaurants.
